DateMe is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Age Requirement
DateMe is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account. Accounts identified as belonging to minors may be suspended or permanently removed.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
DateMe strictly prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication involving minors.
- Sharing, requesting, creating, storing, or distributing sexual content involving minors.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or conduct that facilitates the exploitation of children.
- Attempts to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.
- Attempts to evade child-safety controls or enforcement actions.
These restrictions apply to profiles, photographs, messages, usernames, biographies, and all other content or interactions available through DateMe.
Reporting Child-Safety Concerns
Users can report profiles, messages, photographs, and inappropriate behaviour using the reporting functionality available within the DateMe app.

Please provide relevant information that can help us investigate the report. Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM.
Enforcement and Removal
When DateMe becomes aware of content or conduct that may violate these standards, we may take appropriate action, including:
- Reviewing the reported content or account.
- Removing prohibited content.
- Suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account.
- Preserving relevant account information when legally required.
- Reporting confirmed CSAM or unlawful activity to the appropriate law-enforcement agency, child-protection organization, or competent regional authority, as required by applicable law.

DateMe complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with authorized law-enforcement agencies and relevant authorities when legally required.
